Autobiography:
Childhood
The moment of my birth I can remember badly… But I was told that it has happened on the Fist of December 1986 in Moscow. My parents, Smolianaya Olga and Smolianoy Vladimir, were dispute about my name for a long time. They suspected that Anastasia would appear. But my granny won this battle. That is why I became an owner of the name Daria. The weather met me with grate snowfalls . Then I grown up a little and my parents decided to remove me to Mariupol where I spent the next 17 years of my life.
Education
I went to kindergarten there… then to another one and to another one. Then I’ve tired of this and decided to go to school ¹65 of Mariupol. I was waiting for the first school day. I wanted to come to new adult life, as many other children. And I wanted to go there some more years.
My parents tried to give me extra education. They occupied all my free time with calisthenics and English lessons. One day I was walking and find the teacher from art school. In this way I added drawing to my occupations. In some years I’ve got a certificate of degree.
I understood my love to mathematics at school. The great thank for this to my teacher. I graduated to the technical lyceum at the 8-th form.
I was going to become a great mathematician, but then kind people dissuade me from this with the sending me to the informatics competitions where I took the first place. It seemed interesting and I decided to take this as my future occupation. The eleventh form I spent passing various examinations.
After the last exam I’ve got free summer which I spent in excursion and doing nothing.
University years
And now it's time to enter a new phase of life - students. The first day began with a bustle in search of classrooms. This way we ran, gathering more and more people from our group. It's all began very funny, we learned, went for a walk with the whole group, celebrated holidays. Studying at university seemed like a break after school weekdays. But the first session came...
The following sessions were not so impressive, but also I have what to remember. ;) Studying at the University was interesting and not very intensive. There have been loved and unloved teachers, interesting and uninteresting subjects. Most of all I liked the pre-session in search of teachers and trying to pass something to someone, especially when it is success.
Masters
By the end of fourth year it was time to think about how to continue life. After long reflections I decided to continue studying a master's degree. By that time I accidentally started to work. The work gave me some experience and helped to define the future activity.
Kostyukova Natallya Stefanovnu became my scientific adviser, she is an excellent lecturer and a high-level specialist, but also very understanding and responsive person. I have always been attracted to work with graphics and transform images. That is why we chose the transformation of images using the fast Fourier transform as the theme of master's work. Here I found the application of my love for mathematics.
Plans for the future
As for the future, so this is quite difficult to say now. I would like to grow up as a specialist in information technology continuing to learn something new. In the future, I plan to move to Kiev, to conquer the capital. Actually, I would like to architect my live in such way that I’d have more time to traveling. My dream is to travel all around the world.
