CHILDHOOD

I Brovko Marina was born on 6 November 1989. in the city of Donetsk. Throughout the life lived has never changed residence - studied and grew up in a favorite city. Went to kindergarten, where I taught English in-depth. Also in kindergarten, the Christmas party, I first tried herself as a leading event and the soloist dance. My family is very proud of me, despite the fact that in ordinary days, I was restless, talkative child, beat dishes, and often their behavior in kindergarten the teacher forced to call the parents to determine the reasons for my overindulgence. Even then, I have successfully developed the makings of leadership - I like to command the other girls and boys, agitate them for all sorts of tricks. Harmless, of course.
My family: Mom, Shilkina Elmira, was born on 12 March 1965.; Sister Brovko Julia, 13 December 1986. and grandmother - Kayun Dina N., 27 October 1938.
As a child I sometimes upset that I have here is a small family - not like other kids, gifts from godparents, grandparents, dad. But soon realized that the most valuable thing in my life - my loving family, my rear and a fortress.

SCHOOL

I went to school number 32, which was very close to my house. But this fact does not prevent me from always being late. Teachers were good, but after grade 9, I went to a private economic Lyceum "Mercury", for which very grateful to my mother. In high school classes were formed by 9-10 people, pay more attention to each student. We work with professionals who have been taught to learn, instilled a love of literature, promoted family values.
In grade 11, as a result of internal elections, I was appointed to lead the Parliament. This position, implying a critical management functions, imposes special obligations and identified in the future model of my conduct, has brought the best mothering abilities.
In the 15 years I sat on my first job. They were two night-shift waiter - on Fridays and Saturdays, from 18.00 to 08.00 the next day. The work certainly has been helpful to me, has tempered the nature and strength of will, allowed an early age to learn to "read" people and find for each of them an individual approach.

UNIVERSITY

In spite of continuing employment in hotel and restaurant business, I have successfully master degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Economics at the Donetsk National Technical University. Specialty my love. However, I believe the knowledge gained during training, insufficient to meet its ambitions in the field of career.
The topic of my diploma: "A woman leader, especially the process of governance." This aspect of management is of interest to many professionals around the world. This theme is directly related to the peculiarities of my work, but also takes into account profile obtained specialty. From October 2009. for I am currently working in the office administering the restaurant. Because the study of the phenomenon of female head causes me particular concern.

FUTURE

I plan to work in the service sector to its full prosperity in our region and to attach to this result, maximum effort. I dream about his own restaurant, but not in Ukraine, unfortunately. Culture of consumption of restaurant services in our country is not developed at an appropriate level.
Despite the professional guidance of my plans, they just like all the young girls, appears happy marriage, healthy children and other pleasures for which to live.
