Introduction
In conditions of market relations in the economy become important not only directly productive manufacturing processes of products for industrial purposes and consumer goods, but also the processes of distribution of goods produced and goods in circulation. In addition, own processes of production of industrial products include numerous and varied move operation, overload, storage, transport formation of parties, etc., without which the optimization is impossible to establish and maintain effective tively production, which could successfully compete in the market then cooks, works and services with other similar industries.
Experience shows that the attractiveness of the goods is less dependent on the profitability of the price of quality than the speed of delivery to the consumer or reseller. Such an emphasis placed on the factor of speed of delivery, due to the fact that the suspension of production or the unavailability of goods for sale is quite expensive.
But the reduction in the time of delivery, and therefore reduce some of the costs of production and tovaroobrascheniya, leads to higher costs of storage and organization more efficient schemes of transportation of goods. Without a doubt, the special features of service in these areas more attractive product for the buyer.
1. The relevance of the study
Improvement of transport service enterprises in various sectors of the economy in the current environment requires new approaches, which should be the basis for system analysis, process interaction between transport and production, which will provide lower costs for transportation of raw materials and products and the adaptation of industrial enterprises to a dynamic, complex and unstable economic environment.
The transport service is defined by that part of the transportation costs in the cost of production is relatively high and varies between 3-7%. Therefore, improving the use of vehicles is essential to reduce production costs and shorten the production cycle.
In this regard, the choice of ways and means to improve management of transport service enterprises through the development of automated systems in the enterprise is of particular relevance.
2. The purpose and objectives of the study
The purpose of this study is to develop models and algorithms to control system (CS) transport service enterprises, which will ensure timely production of all types of vehicles and services. The criterion for achieving this goal is to minimize transportation costs of the cost of the finished product.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
- to analyze the characteristics of the control object;
- develop a mathematical model to ensure transportation of production;
- to stage and formalize the problem of vehicle control software;
- develop algorithms driving the system software company.
Scientific novelty of the master's work is to improve the mathematical models and algorithms for control of transport provision in the company by solving optimization problems on the cost of cargo transportation costs, sumarnogo run-time applications, and production downtime due to the low rate of shipment.
3. An approach to the unification of synthesis of Moore FSM on FPGA
Analysis of the characteristics of the transport department as an object of control includes: tasks and functions of the transport department of the enterprise, the study of the organizational structure of the transport department, the appointment of sub-systems in the organizational structure, as well as by classification and formalization of the variables for the control system.
Internal transport is not only a way of mechanical movement of goods, and labor and a way that provides a rhythmic operation of the enterprise in accordance with a given production schedule.
Transport operations constitute a significant part in the process of production. This is due to functional and technological features of the division of labor between shops (sites) that determine the need for reusable transport the same goods.
Consider the scheme of control system for vehicle security company, where TrO — Department of Transport, SM — the control system (Figure 3) [1]:
Analysis of the functioning of the transport service enterprises allowed to allocate a lot of input, output and control variables of the object management. The input variables are the number of X applications received by the Transport Department:
X1
orders for delivery of goods to shops;X2
application for the transportation of workers;X3
orders for delivery of goods to other enterprises;X4
application for the repair of vehicles.That is a lot of applications X can be represented as:
where Xi
i-th type of application,xij
j-th application is the i-th species,ni
the number of applications the i-th species.The set of control variables can be divided into the following types, such as:
u1
schedule delivery of the goods;u2
route the supply of goods;u3
volume of the supplied goods;u4
graph of the current and capital repairs of vehicles.Then the set of control variables can be represented:
The set of output variables is harakteritiki quality of the transport department:
y1
value of the cost of transportation;y2
total execution time of applications;y3
down time of production due to the low rate of transport of cargo.The set of output variables can be represented:
Tasks while driving software is to determine these values uk , to yl (x, u) → minu .
Conclusion
Development of an automated system of vehicle control software is the foundation for a modern industrial information system to ensure the effective management of development and regulation of the functioning of the transport complex.
Integration of all transport modes in a single information field
Creation and implementation of intelligent transport systems will improve traffic management and reduce overhead for transporting goods, accelerate the development of national transport, territorial, and information infrastructures, to ensure a favorable climate for the introduction of services based on global navigation satellite systems.
