Introduction
The main purpose of any company is to increase the quality and competitiveness of its products in the market and thus maximize profit. Companies are trying to reach a model of functioning and development that will provide the continuous growth of qualitative and quantitative indicators of industrial activity. At the same, the level of competitiveness of the company due to the development of its staff because, skills of employees are transformed into competitive advantages of the company.
1. Theme urgency
Relevance of the study. In modern scientific literature the question of motivation and staff development are widely discussed, but the problem of motivation of staff can not be solved until the end. Motivation of personnel of the enterprise are important scientific and practical problem that requires solving.
2. Goal and tasks of the research
The aim of this study is to determine the problems which are exist in the stimulation of professional development of employees in the domestic companies. As well as giving recommendations for how to promote the improvement of the professional development of employees.
Research object: mechanism of stimulation of professional staff development.
Research subject: approaches, methods and principles of stimulation of professional staff development.
Main tasks of the research:
3. Theoretical aspects of stimulation of professional staff development
The essence of stimulating the development of the staff consists of two distinct, but interrelated processes: motivation and learning. Therefore, in order to formulate a clear definition of such a complex process as stimulating staff development need to consider each component of the process.
As a result of analysis and systematization of the definition of "staff development" and "stimulation of the personnel", in the interpretation of the various authors [2, 3, 5-8, 9] can give the following definition of motivation of professional staff development: "Motivations professional development – a process of internal and external stimulation, through which employees leads to the formation of special knowledge, development of necessary skills, allowing to improve productivity, maximize quality perform functional responsibilities to develop new professional activities".
The principles of stimulating the professional development of employees:
1. The principle of the rule of law require that stimulation should be carried out according to national legislation.
2. The principle of timely encouraging for the result suggests that getting of the results of the training must be carried out within a short time of completing the course.
3. The principle of unity - the use of common tools and forms of stimulating for all employees.
4. Systems principle suggests that stimulation of workers should be a permanent process [4].
For a more detailed understanding of the mechanism of stimulation of the personnel we need consider the dependence of the efficiency of stimulating in depend of intensity stimulating (Fig. 1). According to this dependence by increasing the intensity of stimulating increases the effectiveness of the employee, the interval [С1, С2] in Fig. 1. With a significant increase in the intensity of stimulating comes a time when an employee is no longer trying to put more effort into their career, the range to the right of С2 in Fig. 1.
Conclusion
Stimulation of professional development of employees should be based on next steps:
1. Establish the factors that influence employees' motivation to learn.
2. Creating a social, organizational, economic conditions to ensure an effective system of stimulation of the personnel, determination of financing sources for training, design software development and individual career development plans, determination of the time and form of training.
3. The use of personnel management strategies that contribute to a sustainable positive stimulating effect. This suggests need to solve the following questions: who and under what conditions to train, is a professional development of the employees associated with prospects for career advancement and increase of wages.
