Relevance of the topic

With the choice of Ukraine innovation strategy development technological development the most important tool is the transfer of technologies aimed at improving organizational and technical level of production, the production of competitive products that meet market needs. Today, our state has enough levers to overcome the inertia of export - raw development. Therefore, through the organization of technology transfer Ukraine has opportunities for accelerated development of productive capacity. Today, the use of such leverage is particularly important, as should provide qualitative growth of technical and technological base of most sectors of the economy and create the conditions to develop competitive new original technology. This, in turn, will improve the competitiveness of the economy. Question intersectoral technology transfer is one of the most relevant when considering the characteristics of innovation development of Ukraine as a whole.

Purpose of the study - theoretical, methodological approaches to the investment of technology transfer.

Aims and objectives: The aim is to develop theoretical propositions to justify the investment sources of technology transfer in the Ukraine.

Methods

The methodological basis of the research was the work of contemporary domestic and foreign scholars in economics, regional economics, strategic and innovation management, economic analysis of program planning and management, and others. Information base for the study were legislative acts of Ukraine, official materials of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine and statistics, Donetsk region, Donetsk region, innovative program, financial and accounting reports of selected companies and organizations.

Scientific results of the work is to develop the theoretical foundations, methodology and mechanism for the formation of effective performance management innovation of enterprises.

The practical significance of the results is to provide concrete proposals to improve the efficiency of innovation whose implementation is available both at the level of individual industries, and national level. The results of this work can also be used for further theoretical studies of innovative regional development.

The use of research results in practice will effectively create innovative policies companies determine the market feasibility of selecting and implementing specific innovations. The practical value of the work lies in the rationale of guidelines to improve the quality of innovation of enterprises and ensure its cost effectiveness. Addressing innovation development can greatly help to overcome the negative effects of transition. Testing work. The results will be used for performances and participation in conferences, for writing articles in professional and scientific journals.

The main content of the master's thesis

In the introduction the urgency of the chosen research topic, defines the purpose, subject and object of study, formed the main objectives of the study are presented scientific novelty and practical value of the results.

In the first section, "Status and prospects of the innovation process in industry of Ukraine" the analysis of innovation processes in the enterprise, identified economic nature and content of the categories of "innovation", "innovation", "innovative process", systematized and analyzed the current legal framework on Ukraine science, technology and innovation. The analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of innovation revealed major areas of improvement of the legal framework in this area.

Innovation process - a collection of scientific, technical, technological and organizational changes that occur in the process of innovation. The main stages of the innovation process are shown in Fig. 2. Note that the innovation process is carried out by switching from one qualitative state to another - from basic research to new products, characterized by line life cycle (life cycle) innovation and scale of their distribution.

When innovation is understood as the result of executed research and development in any sphere of activity is associated with an increase in its efficiency and innovation at - the end result of the introduction of innovations to change the control object and obtain economic, social, environmental and other effects . That innovation - is the subject of innovation, they have a different life cycle.

1.General introduced in the state of technology transfer. The challenge of building an innovative economy in Ukraine is widely covered in conferences, seminars and forums. We discuss the innovative activity of universities, research institutes and other stakeholders towards the further development of the innovation process and the possibility of implementation of its results. That's universities, as international experience, having to make a significant contribution to the knowledge economy and society in general. These social innovation systems generate and disseminate knowledge, experience, practical outlook. From another point of innovation is important not only as a phenomenon of the emergence of a new, but rather in the context of their possible implementation in the economic relations and business enterprises - business market. Lack of regulation of relations in the acquisition and transfer of ownership of the results of scientific research given significant legal and regulatory framework governing innovation activity in Ukraine is constant criticism among scholars who study this subject. Even the Law of Ukraine "On science parks" does not solve the problems of implementation of scientific developments in the market.

2. A major problem for businesses that require technology transfer is often their lack of competence in matters of buying technology, and for the developer - the problem of marketing their own intellectual products. As world practice shows, the most optimal process of technology transfer can be arranged through the establishment of scientific and industrial research groups and centers that provide a range of services in the field of technology transfer. In particular, the possible data services such intermediaries as the creation of technologies in order to establish contacts between business transfer, data collection and creation of databases on demand and supply of technology transfer, protection of intellectual property and the commercialization of research and development.
