To the end

My childhood

My life began on November 7, 1982. I was born Donetsk, where I now. My family is not large. It consists of five members. They are: my mother, my father, my brother Alexandr, my grandmother Anna Illarionovna and me. My mother's name is Olga Nikolayevna. She is a pharmacist on a speciality. She keeps house and takes care of her family. My father's name is Vladimir Nikolayevich. He is a mechanic of the fifth category, knows all grades of fruit trees, and, probably, soon all of them will blossom in our garden.

My childhood was divided into two periods: first is a kinder garden in Donetsk, and second in the village in Kursk area with my grandmother. My recollection about grandfather Nikolay Alexandrovich are connected with children's years. When I asked him to draw something for me, usually it was our house in the village or the woman with a cigarette in her mouth. I was surrounded by boys in childhood. So along with dolls I successfully mastered elements of military skill and shooting from water pistols. I didn't like the kinder gardens. I liked to play and to communicate with other children but it was awful to sleep in the afternoon and to eat something not cooked by my mum. Therefore quite often, when all children already wheezed on sleepy hour, I still sat with a plate full of meals.

School time

I always wanted to go to the school. A portofolio was bought for me in average group of a kinder garden. I went in first class of secondary school and realized, that to learn is not easy, but it is very fascinating. To write out the letters was the most difficult. I liked the mathematic at once. Always there was an aspiration to exact sciences. The language of figures has appeared most clear to me. But I didn't like to read, though understood, that the book is the best friend and I read all school program's books in the complete edition excluding novel of L.N.Tolstoy « War and world ».

In 5-th class I attended the lessons of computer science and won the first place in competition of computer figure « The computer is my friend » (with use of the programming language a BASIC). Also took part in Olympiads. In 9-th class I won the second place in regional Olympiad on physics. I was also good at languages. I wrote legibly and literatly. In the senior classes I checked the composition of my class-mates, therefore they quite often received excellent marks. I never aspired to be an exelent pupil. I just like to understand everything. It appeared enough to receive excellent marks. In general at school I always was an active member. Any school measure did not pass without my participation. I liked annual dancing competitions very much, participated in a school theatrical circle: was also a witch from «Evenings on farm nearly Dikanki » and an easten beautiful woman from «Words about a shelf Igorive». I just liked to play, liked that atmosphere, the rehearsals and performances passed in. I liked the scene too. Participation in a team of KVN also influenced on my formation as a personality. And then was final, signature of the ribbones on memory, delivery of a gold medal, farewell performance and meeting of dawn in the park of Lenin comsomol - the brightest event of that evening which I often remember as a symbol of an absolutely new life.

In the university

The childhood was over. Anyway the school is one large family and we are its children. Leaving its walls, I had to make the right choice of profession. I was sure that I had to study at university. But the question was which of them to choose. And my abilities and my love to mathematics helped me. And I came to DNTU (then still DSTU) - high school, which during decadels carried authority in our country and abroad, which has become famous thanks to the strong qualified teaching staff, and also level of knowledge, which its graduates receive. I wanted to study at the faculty of «Economy and management» and have chosen a speciality «Economy of the enterprise», which seemed to me the most complex and giving knowledge of many directions. I have passed entrance examination in mathematics on "4". I remember sensations at that moment: awful excitement, pleasure, fear, happiness, - all together. Probably, this feeling was stronger, than when I saw my surname in the list of enralled. So I became a student of Donetsk national technical university of faculty «Economy and management» of speciality «Economy of the enterprise» and I am proud of it.

Very clearly I remember the first day, when I came to the central entrance of 3-rd educational building. There were a lot of breshers with burning eyes in foyer. They also like me ran looking for audiences and didn't know yet what the future might hold in store for them. At university I didn't aim at studing on "5", but after a gold medal the sessions followed one for another handed over with excellent mark and I received the red bachelor's degree with an average mark 5,0.

From the first weeks of my study I found out about library because I took an active part practically in all seminars. So my scientific activity began. The first article was written with the assistant of faculty «Economy of the enterprise» Yuryeva Elena. Then I took part in Regional Olympiad on management in industrial sphere and occupied the second place. Being the third-year student I went to Khmelnitskiy to Ukrainian student's Olympiad on the discipline «Management of a manpower» and also became the owner of the diploma of the third degree. Besides this I took part in scientific conferences in Donetsk «Youth and business» (DSUET), «Management of development of social - economic systems: globality, business, steady economic growth» (DNU), and one in Ternopol.

During the holidays I often liked to have a rest with my friends. In the summer we went to "Burevestnic" (Yalta, Azov sea), and in the winter we went to «The red carnation» (Slavyanogorsk). After that Slavyanogorsk became my favourite place in the world. Greatness of pine-trees, wisdom of oaks, sanctity and mystery of mountains have subdued my heart for ever. During my student's years one of my treasured dreams to be engaged in dances has come true . I visit dancing club "Bravo" (European and Latin American trend) with great pleasure.

The entering in magistracy for me was natural. To become the highly skilled expert, it is necessary, first of all, to have the large stock of knowledge and to be able to accept the decisions in non-standard situations quickly. This is the task number one in magistracy. I plan also to continue the participation in scientific conferences and, certainly, to write the master's work.

With Chumachenko E.V. we met in Khmelnitskiy and so happened that exactly she became my supervisor of studies of my master's work. The theme of my dissertation will be connected to payment of work, and it would be desirable, that it was something new and interesting. And what can be more important than innovations and more interesting than a person. As a result a theme of my master's work is «Stimulation of innovative activity». I shall try to study features of realization of innovative activity in our country, to compare them with foreign experience of stimulation and to develop a technique of stimulation of creative activity of the person as source of innovations examinings the separate enterprise and state as a whole in my dissertation.

As for my plans for the future, it is difficult to say for certain. It might be logical for some people to enter a post graduate course and to devote the life to science, and I was thinking of it too . But I want to work as an economist at the large factory and find out about all features and subtleties of my profession. Certainly I hope to make career or to open my own business. But the main gole is to find myself both in job, and in life.
