Childhood

A happy, irretrievable time is childhood! How not to love, not to cherish memories about it? These memories refresh, elevate my soul and serve as a source of the best enjoyment. When I was a child I went to a kindergarten, like most of the children of that time. Can that freshness, that carelessness, necessity in love and power of faith return some time? In 1991 I went to the 1st form of Torez secondary school ¹ 8.

Schools years

While I was quite small, I used to spend summer in the health camp of Torez «Forest Republic» and in the camp of Slavyanogorsk. Unforgettable time is childhood. Hikes, participation in various competitions, dances, discos, fire. How perfect it was! And most important how careless! My school years didn’t pass without trace. School taught me a lot: there were gladness of victories and bitter taste of defeats, new friends and new enemies. During the school years a great deal was experienced, but so much was ahead. As they say, age gives lifeage study. Among the school subjects my favorite were exact sciences. During my school studies I took up going in for electronics.

A year of 2001
New millennium.
The last bell sounds.
School examinations has passed.
The school prompt is behind.
I’ve got a certificate of maturity. It is time to choose a road in life, a way into future…

Student life

Entrance to higher institution. A suitable variant was a branch of Moscow State Mining University. I became a student at zero course of MSMU, after completion of which we had to be send to Moscow to continue studies. But my fate was to stay in Donetsk.

I decided to enter DonNTU. The only question was «Which profession to choose?». I chose «Mining of mineral deposits», as mining is the leading industry in our region, and it needs professionals. So, after graduation I will definitely find a job in my specialty. After entrance exams I became a first year student.

The first days of studies were difficult for me because it was necessary to adapt to the new terms of life: life in a hostel, acquaintance with group mates, etc. After a month already I was able to adapt myself to new conditions. Studies also gradually got right. The following years were different. Ups and downs happened, there was disappointment and gladness. However, I can say for sure, that these are the best years of my life. It was at university where I met people who appeared very dear to me and who became my best friends. After completion of the fourth course I had to choose either the qualification of a specialist or the qualification of a master. I decided to continue studies on the program of master's degree.

My master's degree work

While choosing the theme of my research work I wanted it to be topical for the development of the coal industry. For this reason the theme of my master's degree work became «The development of three-dimensional model of mine workings at A. F. Zasyad'ko mine». My research supervisor (k.t.s. V.I. Pilyugin) is a leading specialist in this area and gives invaluable help in the research of the theme of my master's degree work.

My future plans

Since 14 February 2007 I have worked as a programmer in one of the departments at «Koksokhimproekt».
I haven not defined with my future career yet, as I don’t know still what I want to do after graduation. First I would like to find a well paid job, related to computing technologies in the coal mining industry. I want to contribute to the development of the economy of our country. Also my dream is to go abroad and get the experience of work at foreign coal enterprises.
