Relevance of the topic

Under conditions prevailing in the Ukraine at the present stage of its development, the problem of motivating personality has become important as solving problems facing society, is possible only through creation of appropriate motivational bases that can encourage staff to the efficient operation of businesses. It is about the use of such forms and methods of stimulating personality that would enhance the high performance of its work.

Today the incentives of employees of enterprises as the main component of the overall system of motivation, largely took over the features inherent in previous administrative-command system of management. Because of the lack of direct premiums depending on the specific size of the work staff departments and divisions, it has ceased to perform its primary function - stimulating, and turned into a simple increase to base salary. Lack of evidence-based planning, organization, motivation and control of the company, and weighed criteria of employees its business units led to the "leveling" system in bonuses. A lack of qualified personnel, able to ensure the proper organization and operation of the business under market conditions, reduce almost to zero, all attempts to develop, and even more so - the introduction of highly targeted management system, in which a prominent place belongs to the system of motivation. Further weakening of motivation will inevitably lead to increased negative social and economic processes that take place in our country.

Hence there is an objective need for evidence-based mechanism of motivation of the personnel of companies that have managed through effective levers and incentives to increase the interest of employees to work productively and efficiently, contribute to raising their competitiveness, ensure a positive update working mentality. Required tools and motivation mechanism, capable to combine into a single unit objectives and results of operations staff to implement in practice, goal-oriented motivation its effective work.
