Development and creation enough tiny gauges of a
thermal stream have resulted in occurrence of devices of such type not only in
monitoring systems, but also in control systems heat-process engineering
processes. It is possible to name many organizations, the gauges which have
created samples of thermal streams for laboratory researches with the most
various characteristics on accuracy, time delay, to conditions of the operation
used by the secondary equipment, a range of measurements etc. developed
calorimeters means have passed not only a stage calorimeters tests, but also
long commercial operation. (in sense of manufacturing, service, operation in
industrial conditions) it is possible to count the most technological of gauges
of a thermal stream with sensitive elements graded-index type. However, at the
control of high-intensity processes with help of gauges of a thermal stream of
this type or at their use as a sensitive element of the automated control
system thermal processes arise a problem of improvement of their dynamic
characteristics. Now it was planned two basic directions in the decision of
this problem:
Constructive
operational development and miniaturization of gauges of a thermal stream at
use of achievements of modern technology;
Application
secondary electronic (analog, digital or hybrid) equipments for processing an
electric signal of a sensitive element.
However, existing
thermosensitive and high-temperature materials do not give an opportunity to
create a sensitive element for measurement of thermal streams in all
interesting range. Therefore the circuit of direct measurement practically is
not sold by a sensitive element of thermal loadings. Practically unique circuit
of measurement is the combined circuit at which except for the high-temperature
materials protecting a thermosensitive element, functions of protection carry
out some constructive elements of researched object (for example, a
heat-shielding covering). In this case the sensitive element which is taking
place in a zone of allowable temperatures, keeps functional ability even at
superficial destruction of a heat-shielding covering.
The Analysis of
opportunities of improvement of dynamic characteristics of the measuring
system, connected with use of secondary devices, shows, that of gauges of a
thermal stream, having a constant of time in tens seconds, at use in a
measuring circuit with the appropriate adjusting elements, successfully may be
applied both to the control, and for management of thermal processes.
