Abbreviation of rates of economic development in Ukraine presently is the major factor of decline of its investment attractiveness. From other side, from efficiency of investment policy of the state the level of structuring of national economy. In the same way, this question of improvement of investment climate, the design of investment processes in a country takes on special significance.

At research of the given theme a lot of different models are found, but for them the complication of perception is characteristic. In work the effective, simple models of investing are offered.

It is required to develop the economics - mathematics models of the optimum investing in the unions of multicomponent mining enterprises with the purpose of maximization of total carrying capacity. To present and analyse the results of design. To develop the simple methods of computation of optimum sequence and sizes of investing of enterprises.

Research object: investment projects of enterprises of all forms of own.

1. The economics - mathematics models of the optimum investing of multicomponent mining enterprises are developed. Two tasks about optimum are decided investing with the purpose of maximization of total carrying capacity of mines of union.

2. Mathematical software allowing effectively to handle the process of investing in the union of multicomponent mining enterprises on every step of investing is created .

3. The simple analytical methods of computation of optimum sequence and sizes of investing of mines of union are offered
