My Hobby

What is the hobby?! For me a hobby - it that never bothers you to do, and that you do with pleasure. Since the childhood I liked to spend all free time from study for kitchen with mum very much, to observe of its masterpieces. My mum is very tasty prepares, it often sat up on kitchen late, thinking out something brand new and tasty. As well as any normal child, I adored, when mum started such culinary days, and we then with the little sister it is all ate. And, probably, in the childhood I have understood, that too I wish to learn is tasty to prepare, as choosing recipes from magazines and newspapers, and thinking out the original. As well as many of you, most of all I love desserts. I like as to prepare, indeed, especially in summertime when the season of berries is opened. Here and now comes sweet it is time juicy both fragrant berries. And the main thing not to miss a crop of a strawberry and wild strawberry, a cherry and a sweet cherry, a raspberry, a currant, a gooseberry, a blackberry and a blueberry. The dessert is such meal in which the orange sun shines, the mint wind blows, the chocolate earth breathes and in flakes sugar snow falls. For now you savour it, the most correct and weighed thoughts come to a head. Here and I wish to share one absolutely simple, but very tasty and juicy recipe: Уoghurt pie. Necessary components: - 1 biscuit; - 200 ml of cream; - 0.5 kg of a strawberry; - 35 г gelatin; - 600 ml of creamy yoghurt; - 1 swiss roll with strawberry jam; - 4 items of a spoon of sugar; - 100 ml of jam; - 3 items of a spoon of rum. 1. Cream shake up with sugar, connect to yoghurt. The bulked up gelatin dissolve in a water small amount. Hardly cool and mix with yoghurt. 2. Biscuit cut half-and-half, impregnate with rum, grease with jam. Lay out turned out against each other. 3. Rulet cut with slices. A strawberry quarter to wash, dry a towel and cut half-and-half. Biscuit put in the demountable form. Along internal walls lay out slices rulet. On biscuit - a strawberry and started to stiffen yoghurt weight. Put to be cooled. 4.
