Innovate approaches to the increase of competitivness to metal
Theme urgency
Quality of production is not new to the enterprises, but process of improvement of production is always innovative and it’s directed not only to raise competitiveness of production in its qualities but from the economic point of view innovative process should be favorable.
In Ukraine the iron and steel industry is considered as the best developed one. So, improvement of the metal production is the main task.
Such scientists as: Dolgorukov J.A., Goncharov J.V., Lazorkin V. A, Rudakov O. G, etc are engaged in this problem.
Complexity of process product quality control,absence of scientific and methodical maintenance in process of their development and realization, necessity of formation of corresponding mechanisms and tools management have caused making the choice of my master’s work, its urgency and the importance for development and practice of management by quality assurance of metal products.
The purpose and the research problem
The purpose of my degree work is the complex working out of theoretical, methodical and practical questions of management by the innovative approach to quality assurance of metal products.
The basic scientific and practical problems of my degree work, caused by an object, are:
to prove necessity of management of quality control of metal production.
working out of methodical bases of an estimation of quality control of metal production System Formation of system of quality control of metal production.
working out of practical recommendations for management of the quality control of metal production.
carrying out of the analysis of efficiency of the positions developed in work from management of production quality assurance at the enterprises and factories and introduction of recommendations which are developed on the basis of theoretical researches.
Trial management of competitiveness of metal production is the object of work.
Work subject are principles and management methods of competitiveness of metal production.
Scientific research receptions
The methodology is a set of methods of research, sequence of work with an actual material. Also this conceptual statement of the purpose, the maintenance, research receptions which provide reception of as much as possible objective exact systematized information on processes and effects.
According to a system approach, each object is considered as system which consists of separate elements.
At definition of the list of parameters of the products, the subordinated estimation, the analysis of standard parameters pertinently to be guided by:
Operating international and regional standards;
National, foreign and domestic standards;
Current legislations, statutory acts, technical regulations of the country-exporter and the country-importer which establish requirements to production which is imported into the country;
The documentation for delivery;
Catalogues, prospectuses and standards of firms-manufacturers of given production;
Patent and economical documentation;
Results of certification of production.
Competitiveness is estimated by comparison of parameters of analyzed production to the parameters which are necessary for the consumer, whether with product-sample parameters. Compared parameters should be expressed in identical sizes of measurement. Comparison passes behind groups of technical and economical parameters.
At a competitiveness estimation the differential, complex and mixed methods can be used. At the limited possibilities of reception of the necessary information the simplified methods can be applied to an estimation of competitiveness, complexity of selection of the sample-analogue.
Research on the selected scientifically-practical problem is based on common to the all science principles of carrying out of complex scientific researches. At research carrying out there will be used such methods as:
- The method of use of indicators of quality. All the set of indicators of quality can be divided on three groups:
- group of individual indicators
- group of complex indicators
- group of generalizing indicators
- The method of an estimation of quality from the account of an absolute, relative, perspective and similar product.
Information base of degree works are theoretical and methodical workings out of scientists, results of the scientific researches spent by the author, official statistical materials, legislative and standard documents which regulate activity of subjects managing in Ukraine.
Scientific value of work
The basic scientific result of degree work consists of the further development of theoretical bases of management by competitiveness of metal production and realizations of innovative actions at factories and the enterprises and the organization of management of competitiveness.
Practical value of research results
Development of theoretical bases and elaboration of methodical recommendations for diagnostication competitiveness of metal production. To achieve this purpose there were formulated and solved following problems:
- To Define the cores to structure and concept of a competitive position of the enterprise;
- To Investigate interrelation of subjects of competitive struggle;
- To Investigate the basic methods of carrying out of the analysis of a competition in area;
- To Analyze the basic forces of a competition;
- To Find out the basic methods of diagnostics of intensity of a competition in the market;
- To carry out the analysis of the competitive environment
The approaches developed in work and received result represent a methodical basis of management of risk by working out and realization of innovative actions:

By means of quality indicators it is possible to characterize quality on separate properties of the goods, to measure quality on several properties of the goods, to characterize quality of all production of the enterprises irrespective of its kind and appointment.
- Research of a degree of quality will lead to the relative characteristic of the quality, which based on comparison of all indicators of quality of production with the selected standard.
