Description: The article is devoted to the issues of development and adoption of the manufacturing control system. Application of the manufacturing control system in the mill 390 conditions gives following opportunities: to raise productivity and equipment loading, to use rationally production and labor resources; to lower waster and number of claims to quality due to the complex estimation of test results and analysis with recommendations of expert about technical process improvement; to raise suitable output ; to reduce the orders time performance due to rational planning of manufacture and reduction of non-productive idle times; to lower stocks of raw materials and a work in progress, industrial equipment at the expense of a statistical estimation of stocks volume really necessary for undisturbed operation; to raise management efficiency at the expense of a full transparency of manufacture, the complex data about expenses, productivity and production quality of each link.

The main functions and software product possibility and also the sphere of its application are shown.
