Resume

I am a student of Donetsk national technical university. My specialization is Electric systems of power consumption (ESPC). In 2008 I obtained the Bachelor’s degree with honours and now I’m acquiring the Master’s degree free of charge.

I am an earnest and responsible person. My mean score in study has made 4,98. I know the Russian and the Ukrainian languages perfectly. I have an experience of work on the computer (programs MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, Êîìïàñ-3D, Mathcad etc.). I like the speciality, I’ve chosen, and think its value for energy sector gives rise to respect.

I am a sociable, ambitious person, try to be attentive, benevolent and sympathetic to people around me. In people I appreciate decency, sympathy, responsibility and punctuality. I prefer spending my free time with my friends, books or being busy with an applied art.

The short biography

I am Onischenko Oksana . I was born on February, 3rd, 1987 in the city of Donetsk where I’ve been living till now. That year the winter was especially cold and snowy. I am the second child in a family - I have a sister, Onischenko Maria who is 5 years older than me. My father Onischenko Sergey is a hereditary metallurgist. He is very proud of his trade. My mother Onischenko Nina has a degree in general metallurgy. Now she is an engineer on introduction and processing of Automatic management systems at the faculty.

The childhood

My childhood was carefree and happy. Elder sister nursed me from the cradle, took me to the kindergarten, braided my hair and, of course, taught me that was "well", and that was bad". She taught me to read and write when I was quite small and went to the kindergarten. I didn’t have much enthusiasm as for this, I must say. It was terribly difficult to wake up early in the morning and go to the kindergarten where there was no mum and no dad who surrounded me with care at any time. Tutors loved me - I was very obedient. I always took part in kindergarten performances. Once I was a Snow Maiden - Grandfather Frost, having come to our group, chose me for this honourable part. I’ve been always good at reciting and dancing. In the kindergarten "Crane" I got serious about dancing and it lasted 14 years. In the childhood I spend my free time, as well as the majority of city children, in a court yard, parks and other places dear to every city child. Though, unlike to the majority of other kids my age, I left for the village with my parents every summer to visit my grandmother. There I got acquainted with all delights and unforgettably bright colouring of the Ukrainian village.

School

I started going to school in 1994. It was a comprehensive school ¹45 in Donetsk. School days were sated by social activity. I often held the post of the class monitor, was a member of an editorial board (drawing, registration of stands, etc.) Thanks to a strong voice and accurate diction I always made speeches at school events. I took part in an organizational and creative life of a class. From 6 to 11 year of study I participated in the regional contests on mathematics, chemistry (I occupied the 1st place), biology (5th place), the Ukrainian language and literature. I’ve always loved needlework and as a schoolgirl I participated in exhibitions.

I’ve always diligently concerned the study. I’m very grateful to my teachers. With special warmth I recollect my teacher of mathematics Baldina Lyudmila and teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature Shajda Svetlana . I remember their interesting lessons till now.

I’ve always liked helping my parents. One of my hobbies is growing up plants – there are a lot of indoor plants in my house.

Every winter I skated with my school friends, in summer – rode a bicycle. I’ve always been fond of swimming. Summer vacations I usually spent at children's health camps (pioneer camps). Those were remarkable years. A special place in my heart and memory occupies central children’s health camp «Artek» which I was lucky to visit twice.

Being a pupil of the 10th form I seriously took a great interest in mathematics as bent for to the exact sciences prevailed over other hobbies. The liking for this science became for me that base on which I was going to be fixed thoroughly. After graduation the question of my further education was not a problem: certainly, the technical university, the more so because the minimum number of points was overcome successfully long before the beginning of entrance examinations.

10 years flew by very quickly. Having passed final examinations at school, I submitted documents to Donetsk national technical university.

University

In 2004 I became a student of electrotechnical faculty on a speciality «Electric systems of power consumption» (ESPC) of Donetsk national technical university.
Time spent here – plenty of pleasant impressions. Though, there were, of course, some difficulties. University demands much from the students and teachers, but by the end of study you understand, that everything was not in vain. DonNTU - is a school of life for the students: here they learn many of its sides, make their own aims, find the way and reach them! The first impression about university remained from the first meeting of faculty. That day first-year students were welcomed by the dean Levshov Alexander and then I definitively realized, that a new stage in my life had come and new interesting life was ahead! The first studies, acquaintance with the group, new subjects, new interests. Within the precincts of university I developed as a person and learnt so many things. In the beginning I became a trade union organizer, and then a group monitor. Coping with these duties, since 2007 I’ve been the chairman of Council of Student's Self-management of the faculty and a member of an academic council of ET faculty and a member of an academic council of university. Being a member of Council of Student's Self-management of university I visited the international student's forum "Ukraine-Russia" Kharkov (2007ã.), Ukrainian conference «Skip. Student's self-management» Sevastopol (2008ã). Every trip left a plenty of pleasant memoirs, photos and new friends. I acquired certain communication skills and discovered some organizational abilities inside myself.
After entering the MA course the EPG chair professor Kovalev Alexander Petrovich, who is engaged in problems of SES reliability, became my scientific adviser. The subject for investigation which he has offered me, «The Estimation of survivability of substations 110/35/10 êW which supplies the industrial enterprises with the electric power », is very interesting. Now, working at master’s scientific research, I am completely sure that I have made the right decision as for my future work.
In the modern world knowledge in the field of organization of manufacture, market research and stuff management is necessary for an expert of technical specialization. Therefore parallel to the MA course I get the second education at faculty of personnel retraining on a specialty "Economy of an enterprise"

Plans for the future

I see my future inspiring and happy, full of pleasant events. After graduating MA course I will receive the second higher economic education. Further, working as a specialist, I would like to find worthy application to my knowledge. I hope life will bring me only pleasant surprises and firmly believe in my happy future.
