Summary

Autobiography

My child's years passed in town Makeevka of the Donetsk area. Perhaps, it is not easy to write about twenty years old events, about which remains only a feeling of happiness, and it is hard to express with words that state of carelessness, protected and engrossing gladness, which arises up at flashbacks about the events of that period.

I was a very sociable and curious child. I always wanted to know «why and how?» Why two plus two equal four and twice two also equal four? How it is raining? Why on a television set aerial? With all questions, using my child's spontaneity, I spoke to the adults, and often made them feel confused. Now I understand, that far not every adult man knows a difference between Karl Marks and Adam Smith, but then it seemed to me that any of them knows everything and can do anything.

A lot of time I spent in a children garden. I remember this time as cognitive and creative. Two girl lived in me: a fidget and a dreamer. Due to girl-fidget and to good memory, I played the protagonists morning performances, and also pushed a mother on an idea to find application for such amount of energy. And my mother sent me to the section of calisthenics. Since that time a gym became for me the second home.

The other girl, dreamer, liked to surprise adults with the zeal and assiduousness. I could hour by hour to collect a mosaic, to create unique pictures, to draw non-existent animals and to model the marbles of various colors and sizes from plasticine.

To go to school was my cherished dream. Probably, main reason of it were my senior brothers. I liked an idea, that I will go to school as well as they are, and in the evening at the writing table (obviosly under a reading-lamp) to do lessons. School gave me the large volume of new information, both verbal and printed. Since that time, I was simply charmed by reading and became the habitue of local library, where I was always able to get a new portion of reader medical herb.

In junior classes, and in elders also, I studied fine, as most subjects were interesting for me and in some measure satisfied my inflamed curiosity. Mastering a new subject domain, I always tried to find something special, certain sparkle.

In school years I continued to show the activity and was the generator of new ideas of holidays and competitions, I was the leader of class and «talented child of school», participated in city olympiads on many subjects, and in sport competitions. At the same time I continued to be engaged in a gymnastics which became my love for the whole life. Participating in competitions, several times I became the champion of city and of area, and the bronze prizewinner of championship of Ukraine.

I entered DONNTU on the faculty of economy and management on speciality «Management and economy of human resources». There were no doubts about faculty, but it was hard to choose the speciality. However, after comprehensive consideration, a choice however fallen exactly on this speciality as on a golden mean in a study technical and psychological parts of economy.

The change of the usual life entailed the change of my picture of the world, for which I am thankful to the teachers and friends. Tense and tiresome employments on the special objects were replaced interesting and keen discussions on the most different themes and questions which touched the different areas of human knowledge. Lectures, practical employments, term papers were harmoniously complemented living and virtual intercourse with by a great number new acquaintances. In the educational process of university practically all profiling disciplines of my speciality, so or differently, are related to the economy and management. The most I liked disciplines, related to bases of work with a personnel — «Motivation of personnel», «Management of personnel», «Management labour resources» and others. Executing homework and course works on these and other disciplines, visiting and participating in conferences and olympiads, I got deep knowledges about the systems of motivation of personnel, systems of payment of labour, skilled office work, modern tendencies in market of labour development.

My interest to sport allowed me during 4,5 years to be a member of a team of university on a sporting aerobics, fitness and cheerleading. As a result I got the first sport grade on an aerobics and several times became the prizewinner of allukrainian competitions.

I do not have clear plans for the future, however broadly speaking I imagine the possible way of development. First I would like to get experience in solid organization, accumulating some start-up capital here. A next step, setting up own business which will bring both financial and moral satisfaction. And it is unimportant, what concretely will be this business, but it shold make me happy and it should be usefull to other people.
